About Me

I love my life.

Not because it has been perfect — but because it has taught me the profound beauty of returning home to myself.

I am deeply grateful for the abundance that flows to me and through me — for my grown daughters and their little people who love me so beautifully and unconditionally, for the gift of nature, and for the joy of living in closer alignment with my heart and soul.

For many years, I lived as what friends lovingly called the “Bionic Woman” — highly capable, endlessly giving, and constantly striving to hold everything together. Like many women, I believed my worth lived in what I could achieve, manage, and do for others.

Life had other plans.

A serious head injury became an unexpected turning point that dismantled the identity I had built and invited me into a very different way of living — one rooted not in striving, but in healing, embodiment, and inner coherence.

Through Qigong, meditation, and the practice that would become my QiBathing Signature Method, I discovered something precious: authentic peace, embodied confidence, self-compassion, and a deep connection to my intuitive Heart-Soul self and Divine love. Today, these practices are woven into the rhythm of my daily life.

I find nourishment and renewal hiking forest trails, QiBathing, and cold-dipping in ocean waters. Some of my most treasured moments are spent moving and being in nature — surrounded by birdsong, ocean air, and the healing sound of the sea.

Through QiBathing, I found not only healing — I found alignment with my soul purpose. It is this purpose that inspires my work with women.

I love sharing the healing and transformative power of Qigong and QiBathing through private and group sessions because I witness something extraordinary unfold— women reconnecting with themselves.

As women cultivate life-force energy, emotional coherence, and nervous system nourishment, they begin awakening to their authentic essence — a radiance that naturally transforms their health, relationships, confidence, and way of being in the world.

It is a privilege and a joy to walk alongside the beautiful women I meet as they as they return home to themselves, restore their inner joy, vitality, confidence, and begin recreating their lives anew — from the inside out.

I Am Professionally Trained

I am a Certified Qigong Instructor in the Satori Method with Sensei Tristan Truscott and hold both a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree from the University of British Columbia. My background brings together professional training, teaching expertise, and embodied wisdom.

I Am Experienced

As a retired educator with over 25 years of teaching experience, I know how to create learning spaces that feel supportive, engaging, and accessible. Whether you are new to Qigong or returning to your body after challenge or stress, I guide learning with patience, clarity, and encouragement.

I Love What I Do
Qigong is more than something I teach — it is a way of living that has transformed my own life through greater peace, vitality, and connection to my Heart-Soul self.

I love sharing this passion with women who are ready to move beyond pain, stress, and depletion into greater ease, energy, joy, and inner calm through my QiBathing Signature Method.

I Create Warm Welcoming Spaces
My sessions are professional, thoughtfully guided, and relaxing. I meet women where they are and create spaces where they feel comfortable, inspired, and supported.

You do not need to be perfect or experienced. You are welcome exactly as you are.

I Care About Your Experience
I bring care, preparation, and wholehearted presence to every session.

My intention is not simply to teach movements — but to help women reconnect with themselves, cultivate life-force energy, and leave feeling calmer, stronger, and more nourished from within.

Come as you are.
Breathe. Move. Restore.
And return home to yourself through QiBathing.
