BeWild Qi Bathing draws from the Energy Art of Qigong and the Japanese Practice of Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bathing, and brings these two arts together in a relaxed natural outdoor setting or online.

As an avid hiker, Certified Qigong instructor with a Meditation Practice, BeWild Qi Bathing birthed from my love of movement with presence in gorgeous wild environments. It has become my daily personal Energy Practice at home in my garden, in a grassy meadow or park, and on a beach along a hiking trail.

The practice of Qi Bathing has huge benefits to one’s physical, mental, and emotional health - increasing vitality, calming the nervous system, elevating mood, and deepening one’s connection with their Soul self. These benefits are for everyone!
